Art, Your Golf Teacher of Choice

Course& Lake

You can always count on me when you need a private golf teacher. My mission is to teach golfers the proper way to swing a golf club. I specialize in teaching players how to square the clubface at impact using supination and pronation of the arms and hands. This is what pro golfers do when they hit the ball, which explains why the ball goes so far with very little effort.

Golf is my passion, and I will always give 100% when working with you. My return clients enjoy additional instruction free of charge; you can feel free to call me at any time. Golf helps build character and confidence. With my help, you'll soon achieve your goals and surpass them. I offer golf instruction dealing with:

A. The proper grip.
B. The proper stance.
C. The right posture.
D. The right takeaway.

E. The downswing.
F. How to square the clubface at impact.
G. How to maintain the golf swing.

I take what you know and examine the problem to improve or fix the issues with your golf swing. You may also visit my golf swing health clinic. This is helpful if you identify the problem with your swing and only need help or information on how to correct the issue. You can purchase a lesson that details how to correct any issues that you may be having. Your custom solution will address the cause of the problem, the fix to the problem, and provide you with a good drill to help maintain the fix. This is the "do-it-yourself" phase of my golf swing business.

Meet the Killers:

1. Looking up before you hit the ball.
2. Freezing over the golf ball.
3. Reverse pivot.
4. Trying to create width in your backswing.
5. Rolling the club over in the backswing.
6. No hip turn and no shift.
7. Hooding over or closing the golf club.
8. Wide open clubface at the top of your backswing.
9. Tucked elbow position at the top of the backswing.
10. Shaft tip over.
11. Too shallow and hitting it fat.
12. Getting the body ahead of the golf ball.
13. Levels in your swing.
14. Weight out on the toes.
15. Quick moves away with the hands.
16. Head in front of the ball in your set-up.
17. Right or (back) foot is spinning out.
18. Throwing the club from the top 100% - a no-no.
19. Shifting the left foot too far forward toward the target.
20. Chicken-wing.
21. Breaking your lead wrist.
22. The club is raising vertically.

Please feel free to consult with me to identify your problem or to ask any questions. You can schedule an appointment for a golf lesson via the contact page, or reach out for a free consultation. Please feel free to leave a message, and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. Thanks, and keep it in the fairway.

Pitch it Tight

Another instruction option I offer is Pitch it Tight. The goal of Pitch it Tight is to teach you how to get to a certain pin position on the green, which determines what club is best to use to gain the best position, The right technique and where to land the ball to get the right roll out.

1. Front pin position.
2. Middle pin position.
3. Back pin position.
4. Make the ball pop up and land softly with very little roll.
5. When you want to pop the ball up in the air to get over some green grass or bunker or a sprinkler head.
6. If you want, hit low runners.

Pitch it tight America.

I appreciate your business.
